Lets improve the game.

1. Video technology to aid officials and allow them to referee correctly controlled by independent organisation. Citing system ala rugby will also come under independent scrutiny.

2. Red card for keepers. No sub goalkeeper allowed in place of outfield player.

3. Clubs must be financially solvent.

4. Whole squad allowed on bench. 5 subs can be used.

Referee indicates to a timekeeper when to start timing for what are always long stoppages - so if a player is injured, the ref indicates, substitutions, the ref indicates. Attacking free kick, the ref indicates. Before a ref speaks with a player, he indicates - and all this time is added on

Go back to the old law that goal kicks are taken from the side the ball went out of play

15 second restart law introduced for goal kicks and throw ins. A punishment implemented for this is a two strike rule - a warning, then a booking and the full 15 seconds is added back on. So even if a player takes one for the team, he still gained no time advantage

Any Portugese manager who has cowardly attacked an opponent from behind with an eye gouge, before every game is to be subjected to a kick in the bollocks by the oppositions 11 starters

That'll suit the rags with their hoofball

If that was introduced it is the end of players such as David Silva

No its not, you should have to keep so many players in each half of the pitch. as in hockey & Lacrosse. Would stop Maureen putting 11 behind the ball and open up the game, so that more skilful players would have more influence.

So attackers can't defend and defenders can't attack, what a load of shite that'd be

If you can't break down a team that parks the bus then get good
