if sandro and walker are our full backs next season then we have gone up two or three levels in quality in them positions!

O Jogo are one of the main sports news outlets there in Portugal. As with any sports outlet, their accuracy varies from time to time. They are Porto based so they have pretty good info about them generally I think -- Alex Sandro played for Porto previously so they probably still have some good ties with his agents.

Pretty much this. A great player as we have seen with Sanchez and Suarez can carry a team. The guys you mention cost more in transfer fees and wages than either and have contributed pretty much fuck all.
