Ian Brady dead

That's made up rubbish, it would only cost that much if he was going out every week thus needing escorts or he required 24 hour one to one care, he never left the hospital, and I know for certain he was on the lowest observation levels.
Google it, it's all there from the 60s

It cost £749A DAY to keep Brady in Ashworth
maybe in prison hospital but not in Ashworth, I've personally been to review patients in the Scott clinic (Ashworth), and I've seen the costings, I can assure you that it's nowhere near that amount.

Are you suggesting that a convicted person should not be allowed to challenge the legal system?
I think he answered your question in the quote you used. Everyone should be allowed to challenge decisions - but they should fund it themselves if convicted (refundable if decision is overturned) Why should a legal eagle 'earn' good money defending the undefendable over and over again when it is the tax payer funding the whole charade?
There are many, many no win no fee legal bods out there. How many of them would take on the likes of Brady if their wages depended on getting a result? Not one...... but legal aid? Lots of them lining up to represent him as it is easy money

Apparently, Brady was asked about his, and Hindley's, murderous spree, 'Why did you murder children?'
The answer, 'Existential exercises.'
He was an admirer of Sartre and Nietzsche, two of the original proponents of this philosophy, personally, I
believe him, and her, to be pure Narcissists, driven by an urge to control and indulging in psychopathic sexual
need.
