Sounds like an internal wrangle between Premier league and UEFA. Why take sides
 
If teams aren't involved in their competition why can't they play on the same night? It isn't as if their live games are on a channel many watch anyway.
 
that can not be right united played a europa league game on a wednesday night vs saint etienne and city played on tuesday night vs monaco
so uefa change the rules to help united again and now they want to fine manchester city for nothing
