2017 Summer Friendlies & Tournaments

No Premier League teams in action today, just the rags play at 3am (BST) tomorrow morning.

EDIT: Looks like there is a game that wasn't initially scheduled:

17/07/17 - 17:30 - Sturm Graz vs West Ham

18/07/17 - 03:00 - Real Salt Lake vs Manchester United.

Woke up in the middle of the night and ended up watching them again. Salt Lake actually playing well and matching them, Rusnak (our ex academy player) and Plata doing really well.

Early days of course but Lukaku looks lost trying to link up play, obviously not his game, so they basically have a player up front who just waits in the box for a chance.

1-0 Real Salt Lake, 23mins in, more than deserved. Jones got muscled!
1-1 Mkhitaryan, 28mins, good finish against the run of play.
30mins in Real Salt Lake take their whole team off (league game in 48hours), United should batter it from here on out.

2-1 Lukaku. His poor first touch worked out for him, drawn the keeper in and then rounded him.

Most of the local fans attending wouldn't be caught dead in an MLS match because they only watch "real football." And some of their grand parents went to the bathroom in Manchester once which means they are not plastic in the least bit.

Valencia sent off, reckless braindead tackle in a pre season friendly.

Not sure what the rules are but I think that means FIFA can suspend him for league matches if deemed bad enough.

Not 100% on the laws but doesn't it just rules him out of their next friendly.
