yep agree, ive said all along jesus is a better buy than Neymar, jesus is a stronger get stuck in player more suited for PL.

Alves, perhaps one good season, second season sit back on 200k a week, season after fucks off.. Danilo far better.

Could argue that most players are overpriced, but the lad Alves, has been the best right back in world football for the last 10 years.

I for one am a bit gutted about not getting him. Not gonna dwell on it, as we have got some cracking full backs, but his experience and quality would have been an asset to any team.

Don't blame him for picking PSG either. Double the wages, at his stage in his career, he'd have been mad not to.

Neymar is a busted flush, same as Rooney was a couple of seasons ago. The hype will occasionally be justified when he produces a little of what we have seen in the past, but I admit, he will look good playing in a substandard league. Remember the Big Nose banged in about forty goals when he last turned out for PSG.
 
This is classic sensationilst (read lying) journalism. The headline makes you think Neymar said "hey Dani mate, don't choose City" - whereas the very first line of the article states clearly that Alves himself decided to think about PSG once he knew Neymar was considering to go there. Nothing about City, and nothing about Snub. Just a load of horse s..t
 
Standard fare from most tabloids, there is usually nothing in the content to support the headline
 
Who cares about Alves? He chose double salary plus the city in which his new and very fit wife lives. Makes sense to me. So fuck him. We move on and have Danilo instead - I would call that a win-win situation.
