Napoli (A)

What do you think the allocation will go down to on this one? Me and my Dad have citizens cards and would love to go.

I hear from blues it can be a bit dodgy place to go thoughif you don't have your wits about you.

I'm the same but the way I'm reading it is if you qualify points wise you'll get a match ticket, if not then you can't go on the charter? Is that correct or am I reading it wrong? Naples can be dodgy but its the same for any city, keep away from the dodgy looking areas and don't act like and arsehole (not saying you do) and you'll be fine. Away fan abroad tend to stick together anyway, at least that my experience.

As for ticket allocation I reckon it will be fairly high, at least 2-3k.

Might take a gamble and book the flights then. Will wait to see what the away arrangements are to Feyenoord first.

Last time less than 1000 there - the upper section easily holds 2000. No chance we will sell that out. I would estimate no more than 1000 city will be going.
Feyenoord will be different, loads of interest in that game, loads of blues booked already.

I'll be travelling alone to this game (my first CL away) and I have been looking at ways to get to the stadium from the airport this morning.

I came across a 2011 club notice that City fans were advised to socialise at the port and there would be a shuttle bus service to the stadium and back.

Is this something that is likely to happen again this year? I would only need to make travel arrangements into city centre then in that case which would be easier.

Thinking about doing this one if I don't get tickets for feyenoord, can't afford both and would prefer feyenoord purely based on the fact Napoli are mental.

Feyenoord fans are utter bams as well! I'm sure they had part of the stadium closed due to hooligans.

I know, wasn't really a great draw in terms of places to visit haha. I think feyenoord are a little better out of the 2 and definitely didn't fancy Shakhtar.

Tix for Feyenoord could be hard to come by (for me anyway), I've been to the Ukraine before (Dnipro), it will be absolutely freezing in December and the game could be a nothing match. What I will say about the place is that although its a long and possibly costly flight but when you get there its unbelievably cheap for digs and bevy.

Got just over 14,000 points so if they give us the same as what they gave united I've no chance but booked on that Thomas cook sport trip so if I don't get tickets you just get your money back anyway. Not sure if they're doing a trip to Shakhtar as they're normally just day trips and I'm only a student so normally cant afford to stay over night, could be a good idea though if I arrange it myself and get decent flights. Cheers
