Carabao Cup 5th Round Draw

You know what really gets me about this fix of a draw? The fact that these people hold us in such contempt that they really think we don't realise what they are doing!! Or that they don't care that we know because they know we are powerless to do anything!! There are 3 swear words I'd like to use but can't, however I'm sure that you would be able to imagine what they are.

p.s. I posted earlier that I couldn't believe people didn't want to win this cup. I've now deleted that post because of this farcical fiasco of a draw.

Why do think it's not fixed ?

Because the notion that they would suddenly decide to fix it at 4pm and play the whole embarrassing episode out in front of the entire world is completely absurd.

To those who are seriously suggesting that they kept drawing the balls until they got what they wanted, why didn't they start the process at 1pm in the afternoon rather than draw attention to it?

Also, even in the event someone at carabao/the EFL inexplicably felt the need to fix a round of reserve team fixtures in a trophy 99.9% of people give zero shits about, do you seriously think an organisation the size of Twitter would allow themselves to be thrown under the bus in the process?

The risk involved and the number of people required to be complicit simply don't outweigh whatever you think the end game is here.

Twitter has been left looking like a laughing stock in all of this and at a time where social media companies are looking to move into sports broadcasting there is no way they'd take the fall.

City drawn against a premier league side? So fucking what? there was 6/7 chance of that happening and we ended up with one of the poorest teams left in it.

Hidden in plain sight.

So incompetent it couldn't possibly be fixed.

Most of the football world (in England anyway) think this is bent, and many of the comments from fans of clubs with no interest at all.

If it wasn't "fixed", then the EFL enquiry into the farce, will lead to a re-draw won't it ? You can guess the answer.

The whole recording seemed odd to me, after a technical delay of over 1 1/2 hours, f**k off.

Stuff this competition let the Scum have it as that is their level of ambition these days.

It meant something when we were first taken over by Mansur but we have bigger fish to fry these days.

The Premier League should always be our priority with a good run in the Chumps as a bonus.

FA cup a good stand by as it doesn't start until half way through the season.
