Greetings all.
There will be a Points of Blue meeting at the Lass o' Gowrie on Monday at 6-30.
I know it's short notice.
Any new topics to bring up? Alternatively has anybody noticed changes (for better or worse) in the topics often discussed such as security, queues, ticketing and catering etc?

Queues seem much better at the M turnstiles also the stand and we'll chuck you out hit squad of Showsec seem to have pissed off from the entrance to block 315 which has made for a better 'Matchday experience' I hate that phrase.

As we're winning people are less likely to have a moan but a bit of transparency over away tickets would be nice. I've long since given up and gone gold but the hike in points each season suggests corporate and even more sinister ticket sites getting hold of away tickets.

Could you ask the club to reinstate the option of using adjacent turnstiles? More choice can only mean less large queues. In my area I could use A or Z last year, now only Z which is always a large queue and A is not. I have to walk towards A entrance for my seat. Seems a daft idea with no logical reasoning.

It does work in certain areas, I used to be able to use E or C spiral and because C was the nearest to Joe Mercer Way that was the one I - and many others - used for years despite E being closer to my seat. The queues are now more evenly spread with the new policy.

Could you ask the team not to win as much as other supporters and the press, pick on us

Policy on Allowing away supporters in home ends. I openly saw a guy in an Arsenal shirt last week who appeared to be with two mates in no colours so don't know If they were city or arsenal fans but they were queuing for P1 and got pulled to one side by a steward. They were talking in a group with 3 or 4 stewards for a few minutes and the resolution was he took his Arsenal top off put in his bag then was escorted back to P1 by the stewards and in he went

Sounds like his mates were city fans if they let him in. Asking him to take his shirt off and allowing him in was the right decision in my opinion.

The prick should not have it on in the first place

The queues have improved significantly Ged (at least to get in the East Stand).

There is still an issue with some Away fans in the Premimum Seats. That said, I haven’t seen anyone wearing Away colours.

The players making a bigger effort to applaud the fans at Away and Home games is welcome.

There is a new issue with buying extra tickets for mates for Champs League games if you are in 93:20. You get sent a paper ticket for your own access to the Stadium and they load your tickets for friends on to your seasoncards. For Napoli I couldn’t get two extra tickets nearby and it wasn’t easy for the other guys to find the extra seats I’d bought because it’s pretty chaotic just before kick off, as you know. It’s not a major issue but can’t the Club just issue paper Tickets or etickets fir extra seats bought (that has worked well in the past).
