Yeah i seen that in the paddy power shop today. I rememeber 1 bookie paying out on the Rags winning the title earlier in the season and they got burnt by it when City went on to win the title. Hopefully the bookies are right this time around.

Edit: Aha, I've found what it was, it was 2014 when he said they had no hope of winning!!

Fred did do it twice, he paid out early only for Arsenal to pull back a big rags lead to win by a point in 97/98.
