There's definitely something a little 'masochistic' about the British media.
They fawned all over the obnoxious, Glaswegian pisscan despite the contempt with which held them, and yet they'd be ankle deep in sex-wee if he so much as nodded a friendly greeting at one of them. But if any of them questioned him over something he would go into a belligerent frenzy and launch a foul, obscenity-ridden tirade against them.
And now it appears that Maureen is to be afforded the same obsequious, kowtowing from these spineless fuckers despite him also be a Grade A Cnut.
