Ross Barkley has had two good seasons at the most and was once touted as the new Rooney. Now he's just a journeyman and IMO a waste of money who'll be injured most of the time because he's got the look of someone whose fallen out of love with the game.

Yep.
Pretty much what one of my colleagues says about dealing with him.
At one point he looked really good. Long range shots were incredible and he looked to be of a similar ilk to Lampard.
If Chelsea can get his development back on track then he will seem like a bargain, I don’t know if Chelsea is the best place to do that though. Time will tell...

Would have been better off going to Spurs imo.
I thought that he wanted to go there and that was the reason for him not joining Chelsea in the Summer
