City ask for hearing with PGMOL over 9 tackles

Only one way to deal with Riley horses head in his bed, he’s gutless Ferguson,s puppet, got to let him know who the new governors are, if he doesn’t comply then their will be consequences, like a cement bathing suit

Nailed it, City are not going to stand by and have their investment taken apart by these tosspots. Right thing to do, teams will think twice.

Think the tackles from behind when players are running at pace are thuggery of the highest order and we should fight it everytime. Fcuk the corrupt bastards.
It's why any tackle from behind used to be automatic straight red. That seemed to give a free pass for bad fouls from the front or side so they changed it. Now English refs are very lenient about late tackles from behind.

I watched a bit of The Debate with Murphy and Joleon Lescott last night. Murphy appears to have done a complete about face from his earlier opinion that City's opponents should 'leave one in' and now calls for protection from thuggish assaults which he acknowledged our players are receiving.
Saw that ,and was he fucking embarrassed .The litle shit was squirming in his chair knowing what he had said previously,Head down couldnt even look at the camera

UEFA has told referees to protect players better by clamping down on serious foul play in European club competitions.

With the Champions League and Europa League set to resume this week, UEFA's chief refereeing officer Pierluigi Collina has asked officials to take firm action against players who commit reckless challenges.

The guidance comes less than a fortnight after Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola asked English referees to look after the game's "artists" by dealing with dangerous tackles more harshly.

In a statement, Collina said: "We need to have players playing, so they must be protected on the field.

"We do not want situations where a player's future is put in doubt because of serious injury caused by a challenge, whether it is intentional, or is unintentional and the player making the challenge is taking a risk of causing injury.

Now he was a class referee.

Perhaps Mike Riley and his goons should pay attention to what a proper referee would do in the face of such deliberate foul play.

While we're at it, someone at the club should tell Mike Riley to watch this and ask him for his observations:

Well if that buffoon is in charge of the PL referees we have no chance of getting a fair deal.

The commentators were not even very critical of his appalling decisions, shows how the dice are loaded.
