I think he'd be significantly more excited if it were those two.
90m was the amount they agreed with Arsenal last season, I don't think Monaco will even try to get that much this season, it was so high because it was last minute, he was one of the players they'd vowed not to sell after Bernie, Mendy and Mbappé left, and Arsenal were going to get 60m for Sanchez from us, so it was known Arsenal had a lot of cash floating around.
If he does move this summer, after a reasonably disappointing season, he'd probably be going for more like £60m.
Just had a look and even recently media is suggesting he’s rated at £90m. A lot of links to Liverpool, that’s all you see pretty much, him being linked to Pool and Arsenal.
Don’t want him personally.

Genuinely scared for this transfer window. Complete faith in the club but its going to be a catastrophe for any teams that aren't 100% on the ball.
World Cup finishes on 15th July, Transfer window closes on/before 11th August so practically speaking for top teams it might only be 4 weeks long. Any European teams who want to play hardball will have a huge advantage as well.
