I'm not aware of that. I saw them a few years ago, 2014iirc at Sheffield Leadmill with James. One of the best gigs I've been to as James are also right up there in bands i like.

Bunnymen played some great MCR Apollo gigs in the 80s, i went to at least 2 there. About time I went to see then again methinks.

I've just googled them and they play Parr hall Warrington tonight, but it's sold out. Ah well: (

favourite band by a country mile. seeing them in london thursday then in barcelona in november. very talented band, produce their own music and other's and do most of the artwork.

True, but take away the Beatles and the rest of Liverpool's bands haven't been universally known(maybe Gerry& pacemakers), unlike several Manchester bands that don't need naming.

That's because the milking of the beatles over shadows some great bands when people reference Liverpool and music.
