My husband needs your support.

think it’s algorithm based , I’m not sure.

I signed up to GamStop (which blocks me from all Gambling websites) yet I am bombarded with gambling adverts wherever I go on the internet

It’s don't think it is possible to block all gambling ads, but people might find this useful.

If you already use a VPN another option might be changing the location to a country where gambling (advertising) is restricted or banned.

Thank you all. Hope it carries on creeping up in signatures, 1000 added in the past 2 days, which is incredible! I cannot thank you all enough for your support.

If anyone struggling out there.

best advice :
- sign up to GamStop so it blocks you joining any Gambling sites
- speak to someone , your partner, a friend, anyone - it really helps to not keep it in.
- I bought Alan Carrs Stop Gambling book which was a great read

also. New app I found - it’s free, called Quitzilla- lets you track how long you have not done gambling and your time/money saved etc.

I did a bet on Euros final which I really regret, before that I went 5 months. I go again.

I've learnt that its ok if you have a wobble now and again. Just serves as a reminder that we're not infallible. Dont beat yourself up over it. Like you say, just go again.

Oh and any blues not signed yet please take a couple of minutes to do it.
Even if you like a flutter and you're in control, there are many who are not.
Please.
