That was a definite yellow for DeBruyne.
The issue is that Luton should have had some bookings, especially the one by Barkley knocking the ball out of Edersons hand.

And that is the problem I have with the refs . Opposition always get let off with several bookings.we never do . As if they think we are that good it's not fair on the shit teams

Dodgy reffing again. Foul count is disproportionate to the possession again, and we get a dodgy yellow for fuck all.

Bent bastards.

1. Brooks doesn’t give a yellow for Barkley pulling back Eddie’s arm as he tries to throw the ball to start a counter attack with numbers that favoured City.
2. Brooks and VAR ignores Haaland’s shirt being pulled on nearly every corner.
3. Brooks gives two free kicks for Luton players losing the ball and falling over.
4. Brooks gives Kev a yellow for his first foul, on the edge of the Luton box, when there was practically no danger of a counter.
5. Brooks ignores (or plays advantages with no resulting bookings for) several late challenges by Luton players.
6. We have 75% of the possession but 57% of the fouls and 100% of the bookings.

They’re trying to “level the playing field” today and not even trying to hide it.
