Abolishing the offside rule altogether

The introduction of a sin bin (10 minutes duration) when a player earns an "orange card".

No more extra time in cup competitions. Straight to the penalty shootout. Only it won't be conventional penalties; the players will have eight seconds to score from a starting point 25 metres from goal.

Games to be played over 4 quarters rather than 2 halves (more coaching input is the idea behind that, apparently).

Restricting players to 60 games a year.

Couldn't see any mention about this in the first couple of pages on here. Apologies if someone else has already posted it.
 
Well at first glance I think the FIFA technical director has just come out with a bucket of mung juice.
