I can't believe this has sold out at 11000 i thought i had all day with the web site giving details down to 9500 i think. I have 11500. Maybe they should go down in 500 units if its going to sell out this quickly gutted. I hope these all went to the fans and weren't creamed off for corporate...

I suppose it depends where you buy. I've seen people buying in cheaper area's with not much in the way of facilities, or buying in a purpose built resort or golf complex & then selling up to move to somewhere like Nerja, loosing a lot if money along the way. We don't get board it feels like...

I bought a 2 bed apartment in Nerja 'costa del sol' 8 years ago, it was the best thing I ever did. Just do your homework & get a good solicitor, mine was Spanish but on the Nerja council. I use it for rental now but long term its part of my retirement plan. I love the culture & climate.

I a agree, don't presume anything with asbestos. I'd want a clear report of what it was and that it had been professionally dealt with. I'd also make a formal complaint that it had been left in an unsafe condition.
