Well said. Was the decision (along with many others) correcting a clear and obvious error? I think not.

It1 was gutting when that goal was ruled out in the CL game. Spuds performance in the final was woeful, they never put up any kind of challenge to the dippers whatsoever. As a spectacle it would have been infinitely better had City got there.

Didn't that happen to John Terry? Seem to remember him missing a final - but it might have been in Europe.

On motorways there should definitely be no potholes, certainly not the size and depth that some are. It's not great when you hit one and the car bottoms out and the machine judders through the whole of its' frame. I find the exits from services particularly bad, speed hump followed by pothole...
