thanks!
.. I think I shall have to investigate the no.4 route and where its bus stops are (I am near 'The White House' hotel, but not staying there) as ordinarily for some reason I am not good with buses, but much better with trains, ehe
I'll check into possible bus routes, hoping I don't fuck...
I'm off to Frankfurt tomorrow morning, flight takes off at 8:30 am from Heathrow terminal 2 on my way to Istanbul; yeah, I'll be in Turkey a few days early and staying for a few days after the Champions League final.
I should have posted this earlier, but it's only dawning on me how tricky...
He's been a top professional, and should he seek a transfer (and no doubt they'll be queuing up to sign him) he'll be missed in our squad; even if we have some talented and flexible defenders with others in development, injuries happen.
I'll be sorry if he goes, which seems the likely outcome...
I'll be leaving on Wed 31 - flying from O'Hare (Chicago) into LHR for June 1 and basing in Slough, exotic paradise & home to 'The Office'; not sure yet how I'll be getting to Wembley from my little hideout - but would welcome suggestions from those who've made this trip many times previously...
who is going in goal for this game?
I started wondering if when he rotated during the last few remaining league games if he might actually be considering sticking Ederson in goal at Wembley?
thoughts?
my experiences have been largely centred around Whitegate (near where a former fairly well known Liverpool player lives) but when I've been around I'd say there have been more supporters of Liverpool than most other teams, and I was one of the few City supporters watching games in the pubs...
Ex-pat here (US & Turkey) and will be basing in Slough for a few days prior to the final. I've not been to Wembley to see City play since 1981, and have not attended the new stadium before.
Would appreciate any advice from supporters familiar with how things work these days on how best to...
The F A Cup final is two weeks away, and the Champions League three weeks away.. I'm pretty sure we'll be playing our top team Sunday against Chelsea (ceteris paribus with reference to the Forest/Arsenal result) in an effort to secure the league, before any other considerations come into play...
whatever happens on May 28 when the second election for President takes place in Turkey, I do not expect the Champions League final to be moved from Istanbul.
