I’m in 242 as well, they’ve made a right mess of it. Putting a small bar on that corner, resulting in the queues blocking everyone walking past, is madness.
My email said it’s because they want to widen the access space for wheelchair users. Fair enough I suppose, just a real shame for us. I’ve sat near Bigg Bigg Blue for years, since Maine Road… won’t feel the same if we aren’t all together.
I’m thinking it’s more to do with being younger/immune system. Only based on my very limited experience. My parents and my uncle were all fine (late 60’s/70’s). We (40’s) rough for 3 days. I spoke to my daughters social worker today (early 30’s) and she was rough for 4 days (bed bound). Hardly...
Most people I’ve spoken to that have had the AZ jab have been rough for 2-3 days. My parents weren’t though (late 60’s), they had it the same day as us and have been fine. Not complaining about a dodgy few days mind, all worth it in the long run.
It’s passed now mate thanks. 3 days feeling awful though, the wife was much worse than me and spent it in bed. Both of us fine now, worth it in the long run!
This is happening but not too sure if it’s randoms. We got the call late Wednesday evening and had the vaccine at 4 the next day. We were told it was because a batch was coming to the end of its shelf life so they were giving it to care staff. Trouble is you need the pdf ticket with a QR code...
The nurse who interviewed us said as much, warned us that we’d more than likely have side effects due to our age. We’re both early 40’s, going downhill fast today, feel shocking!
Park up next to the testing centre, main car park. We were told to stay in our car until ten minutes before our appointment. So just walk over, as I said it’s a great set-up.
The wife and I had the AZ vaccine yesterday afternoon at the Etihad. Both feel awful today, woke up with aching bones and zero energy. My parents also had the jab yesterday and are totally fine today!
The set up at the tennis centre is fantastic!
