had a problem with a Main condensing boiler on a house that i rent out.. the letting agent sent there guy out to look. he initally said it was a pressure switch, then when he changed that he said the fan was bust too. he has charged me £284 in total for parts and labour. sounds a lot to me?

the 2 games that stand out for me was Newcastle away and Palace away when we won the league the 2nd time His performance at Palace was the best i had ever seen from a player in a City shirt..

If we let him go it will be a big mistake.. its going to take a lot of money to replace him ( if it works out ) give him one more year with the option of a further year if he stays fit.. he is still a fantastic footballer with a lot to offer..
