MEN - United have "embarrassed" City over academy graduates

This is yet another shoddy piece of unbalanced journalism from a struggling local newspaper. It says a lot about the editorial standards that this line in the article was not spotted in the checking process. This piece has no context. No reference to United being forced to play their kids, no reference to the fact that City's youth teams continue to be light years ahead of the rags at all levels. The reference to sugar daddy club is a disgrace. City's owners have invested millions in the local community, helping to build schools and colleges and affordable homes. They have invested millions in our universities and are spearheading the regeneration of Manchester, helping to create thousands of jobs. Virtually none of this has been reflected in our local newspaper (despite some good work from Stuart Brennan)
This relentless negativity is one of the reasons thousands of City fans continue to boycott the paper and why many Mancunian business people refuse to purchase advertising in the MEN.
Can only be racial.

Avoid all clicks. Avoid anything they promote. Do not even accept the desperate giving of freebies.

It is nigh on impossible to avoid. I open my paper this morning and there is another piece of puffery about MANUre. Ok, they have a Ropey Final coming up, but there's Mata, always the poor man's Silva celebrating a goal, but, hey, hang on a mo, there's Killer Kollers in the fuzzy background. Of all the goals the Spanish galactico has thundered in why is it we get the City concession?

They have to show they are on a par, they are breathing down our necks, they are about to regain their birthright.

Any story about MANUre is 100% positive. Nothing less gets an airing. We know what the RagDipperArseHaringeyMeedya are about. No surprises, just the same monotonous, boring, tedious, second-class hacks churning out shite from the MANUre press office.

It's delicious, isn't it? The pain after finishing behind us in 5 out of the last 6 years is joyous. The longer it goes on, the better it gets...

Pathetic and totally unbalanced article, something you would expect to see on social media by teenage football fans not from a football editor.
What it fails to mention is of the 23 debutants the vast majority were given their opportunity by Bryan Riggs to favour support, by LVG as a last resort due to a poor transfer window and an injury crisis, plus PEG resting players to concentrate on a back door entry to the CL.
Once again the MuEN has shown its true colours.

Did the **** mention how they brought pogba through for £100M!

Or that he fucked 'em off once before only to resign for the imminent glory of a Ropey Cup final and a big fat pay check each month. Funny how the Ragamuffins were ever so quick to cast most of our signings of five or six years ago as mercenary! Hypocrites.
