No surprise there and as the manager of the PL title winners, especially in his first year in England, it's fair enough. However, in view of Mancini and Pellegrini scandalously being overlooked (for Pardew and Pulis respectively), if City had won the PL title what would have been the odds on the award going to someone ike Eddie Howe?

Or am I being just an old cynic?

Not cynical, just telling it the way it is.

Had we won it i will wager Pochettino would have scooped the award.

Well deserved, people forget that despite their quality this is a dysfunctional Chelsea squad that finished 10th last season. Saying that, MP should have won the award and imo Bobby really should have won 2.

pellegrini won the double in his first season and LMA did not name him manager of the season what will manchester city and players and managers have to do before getting hte credit

Hard to argue against that, although Pochettino is an honourable mention.
