Is there some weird shareholder thing that some club have to announce to shareholders or a stock market Type procedure when they sell a player owned by three parties?
Yes, as it is considered a major financial transaction and potentially affecting club valuation. Not disclosing, even for a short period of time, is an ethical and trading violation. It also allows for possible insider trading/manipulation, though, it's not as impactful with public clubs versus "normal" companies, of course.

Tim Vickery on Ederson: "He has an absolute howitzer in his feet. His goal kicks can reach the opposing area and he's fairly accurate."

Vickery: "If the opposition really press up, he's going to ping one over them, and with City's pace it'll make the opposition think." [BBC]

Brilliant, were the the new Wimbledon

Ederson concedes a goal every fifth shot on target whilst Bravo saves one and concedes the next, not sure this is accurate as I can only remember two Bravo saves, one when he tipped it over the bar and the other when he spilled it after the save
Not too far off, this season, Bravo has an average saves per goal of 1.08 and Ederson has an average saves per goal of 4.08.

I suspect the standard of shots are higher in the PL though.

Last season for Barca, Bravo had an average saves per goal of 3.40 and the season before of 3.47.
