Serious questions. How do you feel about West Ham players "earning" over £40K per week? Do you object to forking out your hard earned dosh to pay for a match ticket/seasoncard, just to keep them in a life of luxury you'll never see?Indeed. I wasn't complaining. Just find it amazing someone can earn that amount - doesn't just stop at footballers - film stars can earn millions per movie. Just the way it is.
I get the relatively argument for sure. I never argued that point.
Like you, I can't get my head round it, but that's the going rate these days. Facilities have improved, players are fitter, better looked after, and the football (at least at City!) is the best I've seen in the 57 years I've been watching them. You get what yer pay for!
Unless of course they think Alderweireld will be off after the season.
