If Delph, Javi Garcia, jack rodwell etc can get games for us, Drinkwater would too. There would be games, and situations in games where a player like that would come in handy.

Remind me, how many games did Delph get last season?

There is no scenario where we would need a player like him. He's not a holding midfielder, which means he'd compete with Silva/Silva/KDB/Bernardo and Gundogan and he'd not see a single second on the pitch.

It's worrying that anyone thinks Danny Drinkwater is a solution to any problem we might have.
