Gundogan injury v West Brom | Confirmed not serious by Ilkay

Many years ago a particularly nasty foreign player during a European game received ´´retribution´´ from the late Mike Doyle in the tunnel either at half time or after the end of the game.
Mike of course denied this but the player shall we say received personal injuries.

Strange how he complained about this after the game when football rules probably did not apply but seemed to be so provocative during the actual game. Cowards are a bit like that.

Its nothing to do with the league. It's the animals that are given a free ride to kick us. If I was running our club is be bringing an action against the player. Then one against the ref as he has a duty of care. He let them kick our players.

Spot on Bill....it was a pre-meditated hack nothing else. Yacok knew full well that he was tackling from behind, and not a chance in hell to get the ball. He knew that Gundogan was in a position to eventually shoot and decided to do a cowardly act a chop him down - all led by the secrets plaudits of their manager because that is what he asks from his players whilst he was barking at them all game (heard via the TV camera)

They got played of the park first half trying to play football - which resulted in changing tact and playing rough ball second half
