Aguero injured after a car accident in the Netherlands

We've been hit in all areas that we were vulnerable already, CB with Vinny out for unknown period of time. LB where the club decided just one player will manage that area for our 60 game season and of course going into the season with just two strikers in Kun and Gabriel. Now with Delph being asked to move from midfield cover into defence, the CM position will suffer with us having to rely on a 34 year old Toure and 32 year old Fernandinho in there.

I honestly called this at the start of the season after the window shut. MCFC risking a 60 game season on our captains muscular frailties, two strikers and one left back was always asking for trouble with our luck on the injury front, especially with our luck. Wait until they start getting picked off with bans, after all we are the dirtiest team in England too aren't we?
Don't forget we have Gundogan back now which will make a big difference in the centre. Certainly wouldnt say Delph moving to left back will have a significant impact on midfield.

The media start talking shite to create a different narrative, instead of being unlucky we are now stupid and deserve to lose Aguero... It was the same shite they started spouting about Mane and unfortunately our own fans believe this crap too.

The guys work hard on the pitch,. they deserve a break, and tbh if Aguero wanted to go last night and Pep says "No" who knows what that would cause.

The team have to relax, what was the rest of the team doing last night ffs?

City fans lighten up on our own players, stop listening to the opinions of media pundits who are rubbing their hands at what has hapened and want us to be annoyed with our own players. FUCK EM

Too bloody right. It is an absolute disgrace that this guy was allowed go to Amsterdam 48 hours before what is potentially the KEY game of the season. What the hell a CONCERT. This fucker gets paid more in a week then everybody on her does in a year and he is away on the tear. The accident is bye and bye it could have happened on his way home from training. What sickens my soul is the complete lack of professionalism with respect to match preparation and what make matters worse it appears the club sanctioned this nonsense. What next?

Calm down you sound like Pete Griffin

A player is allowed a life you know, freak accident could have happened anywhere

I don't understand people thinking the fact he's in Amsterdam is at all relevant to the accident? It's not like he was Dirt Biking in the Alps, he was at a concert. It could have happened in London, Manchester, on his way home from training, anywhere.

The focus should be let's hope he's alright. He usually gets a 5 week injury every season anyway, maybe a bit of a break will mean he comes back recharged for the rest of the season, and Jesus will step up and thrive on the responsibility of being the main man.

You're spot on, but the thing that annoys me is the fact the through the duration of his City career he has been a model professional who has never been a minutes trouble, yet despite this people are more fucking concerned that he'll miss a few games and our results as opposed to the players welfare. Instead of wishing him well and a speedy recovery trying to compare going to a midweek concert like the night before a match he's rolling out of a brothel in the small hours pissed up and coked up. Im as bigger and loyal City fan as the next man or woman, but come on lets put things into perspective.

It's the tabloid mentality that causes it.

You can imagine some of the typical talking head ex footballers etc trying to make something out of this. To some of them, travelling to Holland for an evening would be the same as going to Afghanistan, it's not 'local' therefore it's bad.
