Last Film You Saw

Just watched Blade Runner 2049 in IMAX

Absolutely stunning. Probably the best looking film ive ever seen and it needs to be seem in IMAX. The acting is great and I have to say Harrison Ford easily gives his performance in the last 20 years.

Just a few things though. You really need to see the first film to understand a lot of the plot in this one or it will leave you baffled and if you dont like the first one your probably not going to like this. Also this is a long film(nearly 3 hours) and if your expecting a lot of action your going to be disappointed as there is not. What there is though is a lot of dialogue which raises questions about the relationship between man and machines

Personally I absolutely loved it and I reckon its one of the best sequels ever made

9.5/10

Cheers! I love Sci-Fi and I remember watching Blade Runner as a kid and instantly loving it as it was the first Sci-Fi film which was real and not set in space. Im glad this film remains extremely faithful to the first one but takes on a different story in the same world

Just in IMAX and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Think im going to watch in 3-D though as I think it will look amazing. There's not a lot of action scenes so you can really focus on the story

In which case, if you haven't already seen it, The Disappearance of Alice Creed is well worth a watch
