Penalties or incidents that lead to a player being sent off. They're vague enough on the second that it could be straight reds only, straight reds and second yellows, or straight reds and any yellow leading to a sending off.
Busquets doesn't play in the Premier League so the FA are unlikely to charge him.

Typical football cop out. If he’d done it on the edge of the box and they’d scored from the free kick, he’d be off scot free. Look at ALL dives and feigning injury, ban everyone that does it and it’ll stop inside a month.
As for the rest, no VAR is necessary. I watched the rugby last week and they must have spent 20 minutes reviewing decisions and 2 of the major ones they might well have got wrong! Look at Kompany on Saturday. I thought it was a red but the bloke I go with every week thought it wasn’t.
Also, look at the Leicester game and imagine, for a second, the ball had hit Silva and not the post. There would have been a review and that fantastic goal by KDB wouldn’t have happened. What a tragedy that would have been.

Review at next break in play, ie after KDB shot hits the back of the net.
Review called by manager to 4th official who tells ref on radio. 4th official could also hold flag up or similar to let fans know appeal pending.
