It's a story about nothing, if anything football fans should be congratulated for behaving so well! 4 arrests per 100,000 spectators and if I read the graph right we had just under 70 arrests last season. If you just take home games alone that is for approximately one million spectators!! What a load of codswallop!

It also includes arrests for touting tickets and walking to the ground with a beer can or bottle in your hand.
Arrests doesn't necessarily mean violence or hooliganism

Most of the times fans are arested for little more than having a few drinks and enjoying themselves .I would lay a bet now the majority of City fans arested were not involved in violent behaviour in any shape or form .and i doubt any of the ones arested actualy hit someone
