A tall, lethal striker, what's not to like? Mendy's crosses are wasted on some of our midgets. Kane would have a field day. English too! Imagine Stone/Walker/Sterling and Kane improving so much even the England side wouldn benefit. We have enough money saved up for some big players. Sanchez?? Suarez? Kane? Greizman? Dybala? or do you go left-field and buy someone from the dutch league/sporting lisbon/german league. There is not a lot out there atm at the level we want.

Small, fast, mobile, ability to close down is needed along with lethal finishing. Kane would stick out like a sore thumb in our team.

It's another option, and an option that our coaching staff could improve upon. We need one more England international IMO. So Alli/Kane are the next best 2. I'm sure Shearer's goal to shot ratio might have been less than our attack, but you have to have varying types of players for all situations. Some just don't rate him, but you cannot argue he does it for club and country.

Alli is the most over-rated player since Jack Wilshire and Ross Barclay had a decent game, wouldn't touch the horrible snide fucker. Foden is in his spot and will be 10 times the player without the baggage., Christ you'll be saying Dier is better than Fernandinho next!!
As for Kane, he's good at what he does but wouldn't fit in here, can't play the 1 and 2 touch intricate stuff we like to do.
