Is the correct answer, i will also add feel the pride knowing the delivery company get rid itself of an incompetant twat costing small business a fortune in shoddily delivered goods
 
Courier companies have insurance against lost parcels etc the driver wont get sacked if the parcel was addressed to you ... its the actual shops fault for sending wrong item ... happy xmas i would say :-)
