Are the cracks of the dictatorship of banks on society starting to become so wide that we need a new way of running things?
Would a greener system work better? Or socialism?
Or is there no perfect way and we just have to make the best of the bad bunch?
It’s a question I keep wondering about but I’m not a good enough economist to answer it...

They act as a cartel, thats not socialism
I agree they are a powerful cartel, but they are a cartel that all still rely massively on public money and huge government tax breaks, rather than gaining all their income through sheer market force and profiteering... hence I still say they operate closer to a form of socialism rather than the true definition of free market capitalism.

Every system is unsustainable as long as their is inequality among humans.
This. Also for any system to have any shot at 'working,' every human on the planet would have to be behind it 100%, which will simply never happen.
