Ederson was very rooky-esque with that second goal. I think he saw that fifteen stone Shaker heading for him, thought of the Liverpool game, and wanted to protect both shins for Sunday.

No he wasn't, he just saw we were completely fucked soo figured he may as well risk the gamble of charging out, as otherwise they were two on one with him anyway as Tosin and Fernandinho hadn't bothered running back. He pulled out of the tackle as it would be fucking moronic to get sent off in a dead rubber and miss the knock out rounds

Cant see why people are fussing we are playing a very good team .we have put out a makeshift team .It is ovious we have not the quality in depth that we would like to have .but this is giving fringe players a chance for years people have been screaming for the youngsters to have a chance .We would be going bonkers if we had put the first team out so soon before we play the rags .we aint been firing on all cylinders lately with a strong team so it is hardly suprising it is going as bad as it is .It up to the players now to show how good they really are .Big pity Foden being played out wide

As much as I hate match thread moaning, we've been pretty awful.

What did you expect? How many out there are realistically in the starting 11, probably 3, we are giving a few young lads a game and experience and most of the others are fringe players, were not playing Stockport but a very decent experienced champions league side

Wish people would stop worrying about B.Silva, do you expect him to play every no and then mainly out of position and look like David Silva at 22
Just look at his touch ability to hold the bsll and speed
He will be awesome for us long term and never been so sure about a player
