If I was suspected at work of making abusive or racist comments I would be suspended or moved out of my department pending investigation.

so whats different that means he couldn't be at least rested till the outcome at least for our game ;-)

Of course he is innocent till proved guilty

Depends if the club know or not then I guess, I haven’t seen anything which makes it “obvious” it was racism, although if there is anything out there that does then given the Rhian Brewster article lately it’d probably be in the club’s interest to suspend him
 
Maybe Brazilian culture is similar to Uruguayan culture and the N word is a term of endearment.
That was their defense last time wasn't it?
