1. Because then we wouldn't have officials in the game as they would be hounded out, see Wenger and Mike Dean.
2. Because then we'd have England's greatest hope Rooney effing and jeffing and we can't have that.
3. Because it's still only being trialed at this stage.
4. Because they don't want others to pick up what tactics they are relaying.
