So, Shane Burns was basically a fake ITK account who regularly tweeted aggressive or insulting language to other people, usually because they don't agree with him. He also ran InsideMCFC which was a fan-run site where people wrote articles about City.
Last night, in an argument with a woman on Twitter, he bought up her grandfather, a Leukemia sufferer. He was promptly attacked by thousands of users, including the woman's boyfriend, who tweeted his personal details (address and phone number). Burns deleted his account and, using the InsideMCFC account, messaged the boy demanding he take the details down under threat of going to the police. The lad showed the whole of the internet what Burns had said to him and, seeing no other option, Burns resorted to some very pathetic and insincere apologies before vowing never to return to journalism (we'll see how long that lasts),
The sad end result is that InsideMCFC has pretty much disbanded thanks to the writers' disgust at what their boss has said.

Yeah. It's awful, I think his tweet to her was absolutely vile and way below the belt, but I also don't agree with his details being leaked either.
