When I read an article on this it never mentioned grooming, it was about him not paying attention to the traffic and taking twice as long as necessary. I'm all for people being friendly and nice, but at the end f the day he has a job to do

If he's bashing schoolchildren with his stick it could have been seen to have progressed beyond the grooming stage.
