I get the pitch invasion as its spontaneous and we did the exact same thing at Blackburn and its a part and parcel of the joy of winning and sport.
What those that go on the pitch cant do is act the ****, have a go at players and goad away fans and unfortunately for Wigan they deserve the book throwing at them for the actions of a few hundred fucking idiots who we all know are probably not even Wigan fans.

All it would have taken was one City fan to have jumped onto the pitch and the consequences could have been horrific.IMO more would have followed suit.Well done to all City fans who attended,you did our club proud last night not to become embroiled in any pitch battles.

You just KNOW the fa would then have docked us points to open up the title race. (We’d still win it by double figures though)

All the reports imply he did something wrong by defending himself but the benevolent FA let him off out of the goodness of their heart.
they are to blame (wigan) they did the game on the cheap and the stewarding was so low it could have been a lot worst. i know there is a level of amount of stewards needed for games like this and wigan did not get enough and should be punished and hit hard in the pocket. also city should really make wigan know its not on and taking chances when you knowing city bring thousands of fans and you under stewards the game in both ends and it could have ended much worst

Why haven’t these cnuts been picked up by the plod yet? If this was any of our lot, the riot squad would have been knocking down their doors Tuesday morning.
