As everyone has said Gundogan needs subbing as everything is slowing down or stopping through him. Bravo is playing good so I am not blaming him but we always seen slower playing out with him bar that great long ball for the goal. Our defence play a lot of short cross balls. We have the quality to win this by 2 or 3 but only if Pep changes our play.

And he has to consider taking Fernandinho off as Arsenal will do everything to get him sent off now and he only needs to misjudge one tackle and they will pressure the ref into it.

It not only effects today if he goes off so we have to think that through and at the very least he has to be told to be careful as it is obvious they will target him now.

Overall happy to be winning and this defence are there for the taking if we step it up a gear.

The longer it stays 1-0, though, the more it could be like the Liverpool final.

With the week coming up we do not want extra time.
 
Gundog NEEDS to come off asap or we will get caught out. He’s ineffective and stifling the play, causing Ferni to drop away. Move KDB central with Merlin and put Bernardo on right side. If we don’t change it up, we will be down to 10 before long. Pawson can’t wait to send Ferni off. Guaranteed.
Sane has the beating of Bellerin and needs to commit him. Stop smashing the ball in and pick your pass, you’re a professional, not a pub team player FFS.

Yep fully agree.They wont keep missing what few chances they`ve had,but we need to start creating some.
 
Wenger calls out Sterling as a diver - might want to look at Wiltshire ?

Gundoghan is a fraud - he’ll cost us this game been woeful. Really need to step it up.

Perhaps Dinho off for Aleks and move Danilo into midfield?
 
Get the second goal and then sub Fernandinho off before they succeed in conning the ref into giving a second yellow. Laporte or Stones can sit in front of the defence.
