I dont think he do, he needs 4 years in the country from 16-21 years old, hence why Fabregas is HG even tho he is obviously spanish

This is completely untrue. Owen Hargreaves, for example, was considered a foreign player in Mancini's squad. The rule is 3 years before the age of 21.

Players like Seamus Coleman, Shane Long, Ryan Fraser are also not homegrown.

Yeah crazy how many people don't get this, another one: Eric Dier - trained at Sporting.

The only teams Bailey will ever count as homegrown (association) for will be Jupiler League clubs.
