No it was in response to the poster that said 'Be prepared for a summer of this, we are like sitting ducks'..... but hey ho it won't bother the MPs who get an annual allowance of £2000 to provide themselves with security

Terrorism is a fact of life. You could put a policeman on every street corner and it would still happen. Counter terrorism funding has rocketed, this implication it's down to the police budget is rubbish.

It also includes an MP who wouldn't walk around her constituency campaining without wearing a stab jacket....... if only we could all get an allowance to provide security at our address(es)

Yeah everybody is running round shouting about jihadists when in truth there are murders in the capital daily - something thats repeated around the UK - and thats a result of criminality not terrorism.

I gave up running around a while ago, but what do we do? Ignore it as a statistical blip on a curve of already present violence?

We have to focus on reducing both.

Ignoring one thing because another is happening is like continuing to change a burst tyre while your house burns down. The homegrown violence kills more nationally, but, given the opportunity these cunts would gladly kill thousands in one go if they could.

Gang violence is a fact of life in our country. Always has been, always will.
