Coffee is an antioxident. it is known to protect against type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, liver disease, liver cancer, and promotes a healthy heart.
Caffine protects you against dementia and Alzheimer's disease (65% less chance If 2-5 cups a day are drunk)
The warning is for a chemical, acrylamide, created in very low quantities during the roasting process:
