I thought he was an loan with an option for PSG to buy at 145m euros.
I thought it was an obligation to buy rather than an option,
I can't see Monaco just letting PSG borrow their best player for a season.

Pretty sure he is, the only condition was if PSG avoided relegation and they did that months ago. So I think its like a lot of transfers nowadays wherein everyone is already agreed he is a PSG player but it won't become official till the paperwork/money is allowed to change hands when the window opens. Like with Bernardo last year, we announced him on the 26th May but he only officially became a city player when the window opened on July 1st.
No, it isn't the same. The reason it's a loan is because they need the purchase in 2018/19 accounts. getting Mbappe is a very unlikely , but he is only on loan with the payment agreed and FFP may block PSG`s payment thus he might become available? that would most likely mean city would bring back Gunn Maffeo and Angelino before selling fringe players to buy a defensive midfielder, would that be a good transfer season? it would defiantly be daring
Buying Mbappe means Bernardo can start spending more time in the center meaning Gund. can spend more time rotating with Dinho. We are fine with those two at DM next season.

Don't think that ones true, they've just gotten some big sponsorships in because of Neymar, they'd sell every single player in the squad before letting him go.
