Slightly off topic, and probably a long shot, but does anybody know the title of a thriller where a fella and his girlfriend pullover into a service station and they think they see a woman tied up in the back of a truck. They then follow the truck trying to look inside? I remember the main character was a rag because there was a scene where a bunch of blues piss on his car. Never got to see the rest of the film and always wanted to.
