Friend of a friend has just had something similar happen. Some bullshit excuse for cancelling an apartment they’d booked. Fortunate it’s such a big city with options or you’d be absolutely screwed being cancelled at this late stage.
Just to add to this. The registration code email from the ticket app wasn't even making it into the junk folder for my son, it was being filtered out before it even got there. If anyone has that issue DM me because I managed to sort it so that the email came through.
Have you logged into the ticket app? My son never got the email but when he managed to get himself logged onto the ticket app his ticket was there waiting.
Did you get your code via OSC or hospitality? Mate who got his code(s) via the hospitality route says "ticket allocated" in his account but received nothing as yet. My guess is that they're doing the plebs first and then dishing out to hospitality, supporters clubs and club staff after that.
Yep think there must be an issue at UEFA end. Son and partner having exactly same issue and it isn’t going into junk or anywhere, just no registration code email at all.
Anyone else having issues with the ticket app. My son is trying to get his sorted and at the bit where it says it will send a one time registration code, he's clicking send but it's not coming through to the email account.
Mine was saying that after the email and phone alert but had (on the phone of Lancet Fluke) in brackets after the not yet assigned. When I did the keep ticket thing in the app it changed to Mobile ticket assignee: Lancet Fluke. So if you haven't got the "on the phone of" in brackets maybe it...
Are you supposed to do the "keep" process if you just have your own ticket on your phone or is that just for people who have more than one ticket on their phone and don't want to transfer but get two or more people in on the one phone?
As expected, nothing with UEFA quite makes sense. My UEFA account still says my ticket hasn't been allocated but I had the alert and the email and have the ticket on my phone. Mate who bought 4 tickets says his tickets have been allocated in his UEFA account but no alert and no email. Son says...

They won't both go into your account. One will go into the account of the friend/family you ordered for. if you didn;t get two emails then I'd recommend logging into each account if you haven't already and there should be a code on the "welcome" page in the ticket account for each person.
I tried to link to a mate's order and he had bought his using a City hospitality code (we both had ordered Cat 3 tickets) and it said that message. It then did let me link to someone who was same as me and had ordered as a season ticket holder on the scheme. So seems it won't let you link...
You just click add another ticket/code and buy multiple tickets in the same order. Think the seat with option is about putting in someone else’s ticket transaction number and they’ll try to sit you with the person/people who bought the tickets in that separate order.
