Correct. Just timing. I have an EU passport (thanks Grandpa!) but the non-EU passport queue wasn’t too bad yesterday. Certainly not like today’s photos. Porto last year was crazy due to loads of Manchester & London flights all arriving close together.

I think so but definitely ask for a rough guide price in advance as I have heard horror stories (from previous years) of people being ripped off & charged 60 Euro. Think we paid a Sunday supplement. So 15-20 Euro probably about right.

It has always been much longer queues for non EU passports due to the extra processing & stamping. However, that wasn’t put on the side of a bus…

How many of you were there? We paid 24 Euro yesterday for 2 adults with cabin wheelie bags (they charge extra per bag). That was in a big Mercedes Vito too. Uber was quoting around 19 Euro.

Heads up there are zero bars on Rossio Square (just double checked earlier today). So it’s BYOB only… Personally, I’d recommend one of the many al fresco bars around Bairro Alto.

You need to wear them indoors (hotels, bars, shops, restaurants…) when you walk around but take them off once seated. However, I have seen people being more relaxed…

Crikey. The long queue for us earlier was for people checking the Covid certificate/ negative tests. Passport control wasn’t too bad in any queue (although again, I was very grateful to have my EU passport).
